| Abstract: | We reviewed the monoclonal antibody's role in treatment of virus diseases and the phenomenon of antibody dependent enhancement,analysed their mechanics respectively and pointed out both of them were controverted to each other and connected with each other.Therefore we should hold a balanced view on them,further the research work about them,utilize the good effect of McAb and avoid the bad one. |
