| 摘 要： | 本文研究了儒家基于家庭的"爱有差等"价值,分析了当下我国医疗保障制度并非基于儒家仁者爱人、"爱有差等"、家庭本位的伦理观所造成的缺憾,提出我国的医疗保障制度应该建立基于"家庭本位"而非如同西方基于"个人本位"的"家庭医疗账户",并指出建立的方式.

| Abstract: | Drawing on Confucian family values as well as its emphasis on universial but differentiated love, this essay analyzes the problems of current health care insurance systems,pointing out that they fail to be family-based as they should.
