| Abstract: | The paper by Bimrose & Bayne (1995) on evaluating counsellor training with reference to multicultural frameworks is critiqued. Suggestions are made for promoting greater rigour within the authors' existing paradigm and for replacing their research design with alternative research techniques that possess stronger formative potential for course improvement in counsellor training. |
