| 摘 要： | 他汀类药物是临床上常用的一种调脂药,现代研究表明它还具有抑制炎症因子的释放及炎症细胞的黏附,调节凝血及纤溶系统,影响单核细胞表面的受体,维护血管内皮功能等,临床研究表明他汀类药物还可以降低脓毒症患者的病死率。本文就他汀类药物在防治脓毒症方面作一综述。

| Abstract: | Statins are widely recognized as hypolipemie drugs, but recent studies lind they can inhibit the release ot niflam- matory mediators and decrease adhesion of inflammatory cells. They also affect blood coagulation, fibrinolytic system, toll like receptor of monocyte and endothelial function. Some cohort and retrospective studies have observed anti--inflammato- ry and immunomodulatory effects. This article summarized the advances in the studies on Statins applied to intervene in sepsis. |
