Distributive Justice Restated:A Reply to Professor Duan Zhong-qiao

I published "Distributive Justice:A View from the Vulnerable Groups"(in Philosophical Researches,March 2011) last year,then Professor Duan Zhong-qiao gave some criticisms for the paper in his "On Three Questions of Distributive Justice:A Discussion with Professor Yao Dazhi".We have some divergence on distributive justice,equality and desert.My claims are:the end of distributive justice is to promote the welfare of the vulnerable groups while it does not need the external authority;I agree to the equality of opportunity while against the equality of consequence;Desert is the prima facie principle of distribution while is not the principle of distributive justice(redistribution).
