| Abstract: | The article evaluates in a relatively objective manner the assessment center,which embodies a high-level technology in talent assessment.It not only elaborates the function and characteristic of the assessment center and its core technology,revealing the scientific nature and effectiveness of the assessment center in selecting talented people,but also points out some of its limitations.In addition the article brings up the reformatory trend and the latest development of the assessment center so as to help people better understand its role and significance. |
