市场经济条件下股份制企业领导者心理品质的研究

本研究的假设是具有明确产权且有经营自主权的股份制企业所需要的心理品质是更适合社会主义市场经济所需要的领导者的心理品质．为了证实假设，我们从三类不同企业中各抽取３０名中上层领导者，经过四种问卷或调查表的测试，在本研究范围内发现：股份制企业的中上层领导者在时效感、决策风险意识、管理决策作风、管理责任感这四种心理品质上更具有符合市场经济所需要的企业领导者的心理品质，此结果证实了研究假设。

A STUDY OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAITS OF EXECUTIVES OF JOINTSTOCK ENTERPRISES IN SOCIALIST MARKET ECONOMY

Socialist market econmy now plays a leading role in China's economic development. In order to establish a market economy system, it is important for the executives of enterprises to have psychological traits suita ble for market economy. To verify the hypothesis hypothesis that psychological traits essential to managing joint-stock enterprises are required by socialist market economy, 90 middle-upper level executives are selected from three different kinds of enterprises, 30 members each. And four kinds of questionairs or inquiry scales are used to test them. The study shows that the middle-upper level executives of joint-stock enterprises have four outstanding psychological traits: sense of timelines, awareness of decision-making risk, style of management and decision-making, and management responsibility.
