Abstract: | The author describes his ten year experience in the development of action social networks as a clinical intervention technique. This involves up to 30 persons who are currently significant in the patient's life situation. Practical, fiscal, clinical, and ethical issues are raised. The author finds that social network paradigms are most important in conceptualizating clinical care, but are now more conservative in clinical network intervention. |
