| 摘 要： | 循证医学(EBM)是一门20世纪80～90年代新兴的临床医学模式.在循证医学的实施过程中,存在理论与实践方面的偏差,认知与理解方面的误区和对个体差异的忽略,这势必会影响循证医学的健康发展.为此,从三个方面对此加以阐述.

| Abstract: | Evidence-based medicine is newly emerging pattern of clinical medicine in 1980s to 1990s. During the application of EBM, there is discrepancy between theory and practice, misinterpretation and misunderstanding, and neglect of individual difference. All these will become obstacles for the healthy development of EBM and to explain in three aspects. |
