Institution:Robert Selover is Assistant Personnel Director in charge of Personnel Research for the Prudential Insurance Company of America. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in 1940 and was a member of the staff of the Personnel Research Section A.G.O. before going with the Prudential in 1941. During the war he served in the U. S. Naval Reserve as aviation psychologist in the Naval Air Gunnery Program. He is an associate in the American Psychological Association and a member of A. A. A. S. and the Psychometric Society.;Julius Vogel (B.A., Brooklyn College, 1943), has been an Actuarial student at the Prudential Insurance Company since 1946.
