| 摘 要： | 目前，规范护士执业范围的法律、法规存在着盲区。作者通过对一起四级医疗事故的护理责任及护士执业范围的合法性进行分析探讨，认为应当尽快出台与《护士条例》配套的实施细则，以明确规范护士的执业范围及合法性，保障护士执业的安全。

| Abstract: | Some blind areas of law and regulation which are used to regulate the scope of nursing practice still exist .now. The legitimacy of scope of nursing practice was investigated through the nursing responsibility of one case of four level medical malpractice. The author believed that the implementation details for the nurse＇s regulation should be established as soon as possible, and the scope and legitimacy of practice for nurses should be confirmed and the safety of nursing practice should be guaranteed. |
