On one hand, the organ volunteers are encouraged to provide theirs organ for saving the life, on the other hand, absolute security of health donor is required by society. As a donating volunteer facing extreme danger of losing his or her life. They would also care very much about if the patient, who received the liver, would live and lead a healthy life.Based on our clinic practices on living liver transplantation, deals with about the basic principles of donating ethics, such as informed consent, willingness, risk and benefit, prior considering benefit of donor, health of donor and risk of economy, protection of psychosis and teenager, pride and glory of donor.
