Abstract: | Monte Carlo procedures are used to study the sampling distribution of the Hoyt reliability coefficient. Estimates of mean, variance, and skewness are made for the case of the Bower-Trabasso concept identification model. Given the Bower-Trabasso assumptions, the Hoyt coefficient of a particular concept identification experiment is shown to be statistically unlikely. |
