天津市中小学教师心理健康问题调查与对策研究

摘    要:本研究使用自编的中小学教师的心理健康问卷,调查了天津市和平区等8个区县14所中小学共728名教师的心理健康状况。研究的结果表明,在天津市中小学教师队伍中,心理健康阳性症状总检出率(≥1)为63%。其中,角色认同因子阳性症状检出率为90%,焦虑因子阳性症状检出率为59.9%,抑郁因子阳性症状检出率为40.5%,敌对因子阳性症状检出率为32.6%,人际关系因子阳性症状检出率为12.1%。调查发现,天津市中小学教师的心理健康水平存在因学校类型、教龄、职称和任教年级不同而产生的差异,未见因性剐、受教育程度和学校地域不同而产生差异。

Abstract:The present study made the mental health scale for teachers and tested its reliability and validity. 728 primary and middle school teachers of Tianjin were investigated. The results revealed:(1)Total rate of mental health masculine symptom based on self-perception is 63 percent. Role identification is 90 percent, Anxity is 59.5 percent , Hostility is 32.6 percent, Interpersonal difficultity is 12.1 percent.(2) The teaches were different on the rate among school types, grade , woking years and post degree.
