语音告警信号语速研究

用普通会话句表和飞机告警句表两种测试材料 ,以言语可懂度测试法和主观评价法研究言语告警信号的适宜语速。实验中的语速定为 0 .1 1、0 .1 5、0 .2 0、0 .2 5、0 .3 5和 0 .45秒 /字六级。实验模拟飞机座舱环境 ,采用计算机生成的数字化言语信号 ,在 90 d B(A)的飞机噪声环境下 ,通过耳机传递给被试。研究得到以下结论 :言语告警信号的适宜语速为 0 .2 5秒 /字 (或 4字 /秒 ) ,它的下限为 >0 .2 0秒 /字 (或 <5字 /秒 ) ,它的上限为 0 .3 0秒 /字 (或 3 .3 3字 /秒 )。

A Study on Speech Rate of Voice Warnings

Now synthesized speech has been applied to warn operators of danger or failure in special working environment . Voice warning messages must be clear and intelligible . Speech rate is an important factor influencing voice quality , in particular in noisy working environment. The present study, using speech intelligibility test and subjective rating method, was designed to measure optimal speech rate for voice warnings. There were six speech rates 0.11 , 0.15 , 0.20 , 0.25 , 0.30 and 0.45 second/word (single syllable) and two test materials (common conversation sentence lists and an aircraft warning sentence list) in the experiment . Digitized speech signals generated by computer were presented to subjects in 90 dB(A) cockpit noise condition . the research results showed that the speech rate for voice warnings should be within the limit of 0.20 second/word and 0.30 second/word, and the optimal speech rate was 0.25 second/word.
