| 摘 要： | 通过对116名大学生开放式问卷和523名大学生预测问卷的测试结果进行分析,编制出二维结构的大学生情感倦怠问卷.经过信、效度的检测及问卷的验证分析,表明该问卷可以作为测评大学生情感倦怠的有效工具.

| Abstract: | The Undergraduates' Emotional Burnout Questionnaire(UEBQ) was developed with the survey results of 116 participants' open questionnaires and 523 participants' predictive questionnaires.The questionnaire's reliability and validity were verified.The verified results of questionnaires showed it was a good measure tool for measuring undergraduates' emotional burnout. |
