An alternative to truancy?

Ways need to be found of catering for the needs of school phobics without separating them totally from the school community and thereby increasing their problems of adjusting to it. An experiment in a London school involved using a caravan within the school grounds as a base from which a group of school phobics could gradually establish relationships within the school community.
