明清医案中的医患互动考查

通过对明清医案中记载的多种形式医患互动进行总结,概括医患间藉由诊疗、交游、诗文等途径所形成的相互博弈又合作共赢的复杂社会关系。探索医者与社会、医者之间、医者与患者及与患者家人之间形成的多维度互动关系,包括社会时局对医者生存状况的影响,医者之间的竞争与合作,医者与患者的博弈与共赢,患者的知医、择医与换医等问题。以医案为研究对象,分析明清时期医疗社会环境以及对医患关系的影响,以期丰富现有医疗社会史研究,重构明清医疗图景。

Doctor-patient Interaction in the Medical Records of the Ming and Qing Dynasties

This paper summarizes the various forms of doctor-patient interaction recorded in the medical records of Ming and Qing dynasties.It also summarizes the complicated social relationship of mutual win-win cooperation formed between doctors and patients through diagnosis and treatment,friendship,poetry and so on.It explores the multi-dimensional interactive relationships between doctors-society,fellow doctors,doctors-patients,and doctors-patients and families,including the influence of social situation on the survival status of doctors,competition and cooperation between doctors and patients,mutual win-win situations between doctors and patients,and patients' knowledge,selection and change of doctors.Taking medical records as the research object,this article analyzes the medical social environment and its influence on the relationship between doctors and patients in the Ming and Qing dynasties,so as to enrich the existing medical social history research and reconstruct the medical landscape of Ming and Qing dynasties.
