Study on the Influence of Dai Medicine in the Exchange of Traditional Medicine and Culture in the Lancang-Mekong River Basin

This paper summarized the knowledge system of Dai traditional medicine,explored the influence of Dai medicine on the cultural exchange of traditional medicine in the Lancang-Mekong River Basin,including its important historical and practical significance for the countries and ethnic groups in the Lancang-Mekong River Basin by its unique geographical distribution,development history,medical culture connotation and health care value.Dai medicine embodies the health concept of the Dai and Thai nationalities,forming the behavior pattern in the form of religious belief,folk customs,dietary habits and so on.Dai medicine,an unique bond in the communication and interaction among countries in the LancangMekong River Basin,plays its positive role in people's health care,the sense of national identity and the friendship between countries.
