叙事医学虚构作品《仁医》的伦理反思

随着医学科学与技术的发展,医学生患上了“医学人文缺乏综合征”,西方医学教育者提出,应将“文学与医学”引入医学院校的教育体系中。叙事医学作品随之引起人们的关注,成为治愈“医学人文缺乏综合征”的良药之一。尝试以医学叙事虚构作品《仁医》为例,以医学伦理学为整体框架解析小说中的四个核心叙事情境:医生与患者、医生与同事、医生与社会,以及医生与自我之间的关系。通过仔细研读和伦理反思,证实叙事医学著作的确是一味治疗“医学人文缺乏综合征”的良药,它不但能提高医生和医学生的叙述能力、临床想象力、临床阅历,还能缓解其职业压力。

The Medical Ethics Thought of the Narrative Medical Novel Ethical Doctors

With the development of medical science and technology,medical students suffer from " medical humanities deficiency syndrome".Western medical educators suggest that "literature and medicine" should be introduced into the educational system of medical colleges and universities.The works of narrative medicine have aroused people's attention and become one of the effective drugs to cure the "medical humanity deficiency syndrome".This paper attempts to analyze four core narrative situations in the narrative medical novel Ethical Doctors from the perspective of medical ethics:the relationship between doctors and patients,doctors and colleagues,doctors and society,and doctors and self.Through careful study and ethical reflection,it is confirmed that narrative medicine is indeed a cure for " medical humanity deficiency syndrome".It can not only improve the narrative ability,clinical imagination and clinical experience of doctors and medical students,it also relieves occupational stress.
