Discussion on Emergency Nurses Suffering Violence in Hospital

In recent years,hospital violence has intensified,seriously threatening the safety and health of medical workers,and has become an international concern in the medical and health field.In China,the incidence of workplace violence,especially psychological violence among nurses in emergency department is high.This article discusses the development status and characteristics of workplace violence among emergency nurses at home and abroad,and expounds the cognition and demand of emergency nurses on this issue.Combining advanced experience at home and abroad,it aims to explore systematic and effective violence response strategies,to reduce violent injuries in hospitals and provide references for relevant departments to formulate protective measures.
