急性脑干梗死的治疗进展

Therapeutic Progress of Acute Brainstem Infarction

Brainstem infarction is a rare clinical subtype of cerebral infarction which has higher mortality and disability than other locations. Along with the continuous development of medical science in recent years, especially the evidence increase of evidence--based medicine, therapeutic strategy of acute brainstem infarction has many new progresses. In order to pro- vide reference for clinician＇s therapeutic decision, a comprehensive introduction of latest therapeutic advances on acute brainstem infarction is made in this paper, including venous or/and arterial thrombolysis, anti--platelet aggregation, fibrin -- decreasing, anti-coagulation, cerebral protection and stroke unit.
