ACE and Its Relationship with Extracorporeal Circulation Myocardial Injury

Abstract:Observe the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and the myocardial markers changes after extracorporeal circutation(CPB) , explore and myocardial injury ACE the relationship between. The level of ACE, cTnI, Myo and CK--MB of 20 patients with undergoing elective cardiac surgery were measured at following points: before CPB(T1), 60rain of CPB (T2), 30rain after weaning from CPB (T3), 4h after weaning from CPB (T4), 24h after weaning from CPB(T5) and 48h after weaning from CPB(T6). The level of ACE in each time points after CPB was higher than before CPB (P〈0.05), and gradually increased over time. ACE was positively significantly correlated at each time points with eTnI (r= 0. 651,P〈0.01). ACE was positively correlated withMyo (r=0.194,P〈0.05) and CK--MB (r=0.137,P〈0.05) at all times points. ACE after CPB of myocardial injury in the process plays the certain simulative effect.
