锦州市三级甲等综合性医院护士终身学习意向调查分析

了解三甲医院·临床护士终身学习意向，并初探其制约因素。使用《杰弗逊终身学习意向量表》和《临床终身学习制约因素调查表》对437名护士进行调查。方差分析显示工作负荷过大等存在统计学上的差异，多元逐步回归分析后有5个变量进入方程，共解释总变量28．1％。护士终身学习意向偏低，应采取有针对性的管理措施改善终身学习能力。

Investigation and Analysis of Nurses Orientation Toward Lifelong Learning of Upper First-- class General Hospitals

To investigate the nurses＇ orientation toward lifelong learning of upper first-class general hospitals and to analyze its restricting factors. A sample of 437 nurses was administrated with the Jefferson Scale of Physician Lifelong Learning and questionnaire about clinical restricting factors. Analysis of variance revealed there were significant differences of excessive workload and other factors. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed five variables entered the equation and explained 28.1% of the total variable. The clinical nurses＇ orientation toward lifelong learning were generally low, managers should strengthen capabilities of lifelong learning by targeted measures.
