| Abstract: | In UK,surrogacy is a legal method of fertility treatment.following a number of inquiry reports such as Brazier and Fifth Report, the government is considering to introduce a new separate surrogacy legislation to achieve an appropriate balance between the infertile couples, surrogate children and the society. |
