Therefore, it is very important that educators of nursing should take full advantage of all wool and a yard wide resource of university and society to constitute new teaching program and project to train innovational personnel of nursing and in the course of carrying out it, educators should make great efforts to exploit their individual resource of innovation for students, such as independent ability of learning, standing developmental framework of knowledge, multiform manner of thinking, health and active character of individuality and motivation of professional accomplishment.
