This paper discussed the progress about the development, formation, architecture and degeneration of nervous system that is based on by intelligence. The elongation, branching, immigration and targeting of neuronal growth cone were investigated, Then synaptogenesis, plasticity and establishment of nervous connection were focused on. After that morphology and function character of the local circuits and functional nervous network were suggested and effects of nervous network injury on human intelligence were studied.
