Creativity of Small Groups and of Persons Working Alone

Abstract

IN THE PRESENT STUDY, the experimental sample consisted of 79 groups of 3 to 5 students, and the control sample consisted of 20 students working alone. Both samples were assigned the same task. All participants (approximate age range = 18-22 years) in the experiment were affiliated with a large, urban university located on the East Coast of the United States.
