关于青少年应对风格的调查研究

该文采用天津师大编制的应对风格量表对江西省4072名从小学五年级到大学三年级的学生进行了调查，目的是了解青少年应对风格现状及其发展特点，以及性别、独生子女、城乡等因素对应对风格的影响。结果发现：总体而言，青少年应对风格倾向“注重问题的应对策略”，较少采用“注重情绪表达的策略”；在初一年级前后，个体采用的应对方式最为多样化；男女生的应对风格差异在高中后较为明显，男生更倾向于采用“注重问题的应对策略”，女生更倾向于采用“针对情绪的身体策略”；城镇学生的应对方式比农村学生更为多样化，并且更倾向于针对问题本身的策略；家庭收入只对“针对情绪的行为策略”产生影响，高、低两端收入家庭的学生更倾向于采用“针对情绪的行为策略”；是否独生子女在应对风格上不存在显著差异。

An Investigation Research on the Coping Styles of the Youngsters

For the purposes of getting understand the state and characters of the development of the coping styles for the modern youngsters,we have made an investigation on 4072 students in Jiang Xi province,ranging from primary Grade Five to juniors.The scale adopted is made by Tian Jin Normal University.Through this investigation,we also have the desire of getting to know how the factors as gender,the individuals with siblings or not,coming from town or countryside and some other factors,affect the coping styles of the youngsters.As a result,we found that,generally speaking,the youngsters are most likely to adopt Question Focused Coping Style,and less use Emotion-expressing Focused Coping Style.The students around Grade One in Junior High School tend to adopt most variable coping styles.The boys and girls tend to use different coping styles since late senior high school period,that is,boys prefer Question Focused Coping Style,while girls prefer Emotion Focused Body Strategy.The students come from town or city will adopt more coping styles than those come from countryside.And more,the urban students more tend to use Question Focused Coping Style.The factor of family income only affects Emotion Focused Action Strategy,and the individuals of 2 ends are more inclinable to use it.The individuals with or without siblings are not remarkably different with their coping styles.
