高校业绩津贴的心理激励模型

摘    要:本研究探讨了高校业绩津贴发挥激励作用的心理模型。结果表明:收入满意感及工作压力感的交互作用是津贴制发挥激励作用的内在机制;收入满意感及工作压力感通过作用于组织认同对工作业绩有显著的正向预测作用,同时收入激励对工作业绩有直接的正向预测作用。

Abstract:The study explored the psychological activation model of the performance payment system at universities and colleges.The results indicated:(1)The interaction of the satisfaction of payment and the pressure of the job was the internal mechanism of the activation system.(2) The satisfaction of payment and pressure of the job through identification with the organization could significantly predict the performance while the payment incentive could predict the performance directly.
