Abstract: | This study examined the relationship between ministry demand and three outcome variables among a sample of 194 Korean American pastors. Results showed that the demands of boundary ambiguity and presumptive expectations were negatively associated with well-being and positively associated with symptomatic stress. There was no association with life satisfaction. Exploratory analyses showed significant cultural differences between this sample and a non-Korean sample regarding the construct of boundary ambiguity. |
