Abstract: | This article describes the author's experience of being mentored by Fay Fransella during a sabbatical leave and their subsequent 30-year collaboration. It characterizes Fransella's perspective on and contributions to personal construct theory in terms of her passionate commitment to the theory as a practical way of understanding human experience, her exceptionally effective collaborative productivity, and her deep curiosity and commitment to life-long learning. |
