老年患者无痛性乳管镜检查术的优越性分析

评价无痛乳管镜检查术应用于老年高危患者的可行性、安全性。对61例合并心脑血管疾病的老年患者在丙泊酚静脉麻醉复合利多卡因表面麻醉下完成的无痛乳管镜检查术资料进行回顾性分析，统计检查成功率、患者舒适率以及不良反应发生率。结果检查成功率为100％，患者舒适率为100％，不良反应依次为呼吸抑制11例（18．03％）、血压下降7例（11．48％）、心律失常6例（9．84％），无不良后果。丙泊酚静脉麻醉复合利多卡因表面麻醉下的无痛乳管镜检查术安全、舒适、可行，麻醉管理简单、方便，适用于合并心脑血管疾病的老年患者，值得推广应用。

The Clinical Abserve Patients who are Elder or Combined with Cerebro-cardiovascular Disease of Anodynia Mammary Ductoscopy

To evaluate the feasibility and safety of anodynia mammary ductoscopy in aged patients with cerebro--cardiovascular comorbidity. A total number of 61 patients who are elder and combined with cerebro--cardiovascular disease received anodynia mammary duetoscopy under propofol intravenous anesthesia combined with lidocaine topical anesthesia in our hospital. The data were analyzed retrospectively and the achievement rate of examination, the comfort rate, the complications and its incidence were calculated respectively. The achievement rate of examination was 100%, the comfort rate was 100%, too. The common complications were respiratory inhibition （11 cases, 18.03 % ）, blood pressure decrease（7 cases, 11.48 % ） and cardiac arrhythmia（6 cases, 9.84 % ）, respectively. Anodynia fiberoptic mammary ductoscopy under propofol intravenous anesthesia combined with lidoeaine topical anesthesia is a kind of safe and feasible method for the diagnosis of pathological nipple discharge. The management of anesthesia is simple and convenient. It is especially useful for patients who are elder and combined with cerebro--cardiovascular disease. Thus, it is worth being applied widely in clinic.
