循证支持健康教育对扩张型心肌病安装三腔起搏器后患者健康状况的影响

根据实施系统性健康教育与否,将我科于2010年1月~2012年1月收治的38例扩张性心肌病（DCM）安装三腔起搏器后的患者分为对照组（n=17）和试验组（n=21）.并对其进行为期18个月的随访,以观察经循证支持后健康教育对DCM安装三腔起搏器后的效果.通过本次研究发现,对于DCM安装三腔起搏器后的患者实施健康教育,可显著改善预后、促进临床疗效、增强其自我保健意识、提升生活质量、消除负面情绪.从而达到稳定病情、提升患者整体健康状况的效果,值得推广.

Evidence to Support Health Education for Health Status in Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy Three-chamber Pacemaker Installed

To evaluate the importance of implementation of systematic health education, 38 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy having three chamber pacemaker installed in our department from Jan 2010 to Jan 2012 were divided into control group （n= 17） and experimental group （n=21）, and were followed up for 18--month. Comparative clinical indicators of the scale of life, psychological scale differences. Observe the evidence supporting the effectiveness of health education for patients with install three--chamber pacemakers. Implementation of health education after installing three chamber pacemaker patients can significantly improve the prognosis, and promote clinical efficacy, enhance their self--care awareness, enhance quality of life, eliminate negative emotions. So as to achieve stable disease, improve the overall health of the patient results, deserve wider promotion.
