关于口腔科临床误诊病例的深层次原因分析

口腔疾病有时表现并不典型，需要医生拥有强烈的责任心，对患者详细问诊和检查，方能得出正确结论，避免误诊给患者带来身心痛苦。笔者在以下几个方面对误诊原因进行了深层次的分析：（1）医生缺乏批判性思维；（2）医生的人文关怀精神不够；（3）医生对医患沟通重视不够；（4）专科医生往往思路狭隘。通过对3例临床误诊患者就医过程的介绍和分析，再一次提醒广大口腔医务工作者，在临床工作中要重视详细问诊，仔细查体，不断拓展临床其他学科知识，避免思路狭隘和惯性思维。

The Reflection on the Deep-seated Problem which Causes Misdiagnosis

With this article, the author wants to express how important it is for a dentist to do the dental examination carefully. The symptoms of dentel disease are not very easy to be identified. For a correct diagnosis,it requires the dentist to be patient and focus on the details since it is a time1consuming examination. The main reasons for misdiagnosis are （1） lack of critical thinking; （2） lack of humanistic care; （3） lack of mutual1communication between dentists and patients; （4） and lack of open1mindedness and knowledge. In this article, the author proposes that dentists should be careful when conducting the examination and work in detail, as well as patiently inquire by describing and analyzing three misdiagnosed cases. The author also suggests that dentists should develop their multidisciplinary knowledge. Meanwhile they should not to be narrow1minded or use stereo type.
