Investigation on Medical Practitioners' Sense of Safeguarding Patient's Rights

To understand medical practitioners' sense to protect patient's rights as well as look for a method to mediate doctor-patient conflict,researchers made the questionnaire by themselves, conducted the investigation by way of spot interview and did a statistical analysis of the results. Most of the medical practitioners have the knowledge of patient rights, and they have certain sense to protect it. As for some patient rights, the situation is not so favorable. Hence there is potential conflict in the doctor-patient relationship in medical service activities.It is necessary for the medical practitioners to protect patient rights, and we must strengthen relative legal education step by step.
