| 摘 要： | 在2型糖尿病β细胞功能早期失代偿阶段，通过短期治疗，可以逆转或改善其功能，从而获得病情的长期缓解，称为2型糖尿病的“蜜月期”。本文就2型糖尿病的“蜜月期”的病理生理基础、影响因素、诱导措施等进行分析，探索2型糖尿病治疗的新策略。

| Abstract: | When beta--cell function was on the stage of early decompensation in Type Ⅱ diabetes, it could be partially reversible by the short--term intensive therapy and induce to a long--term normoglycemia. The stage called as ＂honeymoon stage＂. In order to search for newly therapeutically strategy, there were presented debates on pathology, effects, and how to induce to ＂honeymoon stage＂ in type Ⅱ diabetes. |
