临床上，过度医疗司空见惯，受多因素影响。过度医疗不但引起患者的额外风险、身心负担、伤害、经济支出，还影响人类可持续发展。过度医疗在心脏病介入、过度使用辅助检查、抗生素滥用等表现尤为明显，要真正实现“以病人为中心”的目标，医院管理者、每位医生和全社会必须共同努力，探索有效控制过度医疗的机制和途径。

Clinically speaking , overtreatment are commonplace, and influenced by various factors.It not only cause excessive risk, physiopsychic stress, additional economic burden for peoples but impede human sustainable development. They have become serious problems in many aspects including the cardiac intervention, the overuses of laboratory, radiographic and functional examinations and the abuse of antibiotics.For the purpose to attend the goal of the patient-centered medicine, all doctors , hospital adminstors as well as the whole community must take action to explore ways and mechanisms to curb them and eradicate their causes.
