| 摘 要： | 为缓解供体器官的严重短缺，老龄活体供肾移植逐渐成为一种可以接受的对策。老龄活体供肾移植有其特殊性并且更易于引发伦理争论。本文简要介绍此问题的研究现状，并就若干社会伦理学问题展开讨论。

| Abstract: | Elder living donor kidney transplantation becomes increasingly accepted as a strategy for alleviating the growing donor organ shortage. Elder living donor kidney transplantation has its specificity and easily causes some ethical problems. The article will briefly introduce the current studies in this issue and discuss some social and ethical problems involved in it. |
