情绪智力在农村留守老人感恩与自我和谐之间的效应:中介还是调节

该研究为了考察农村留守老人感恩、情绪智力和自我和谐之间的关系及作用机制,采用问卷法调查了153名子女打工在外的农村老人。结果表明:(1)农村留守老人的感恩和情绪智力水平较高,自我和谐程度偏低;(2)自我和谐在健康状况上的主效应显著,健康状况与子女联系状况的交互作用也显著;(3)感恩与农村留守老人的自我和谐呈显著负相关;(4)情绪智力在感恩与自我和谐的关系中发挥着部分中介效应;(5)情绪智力不是调节变量,不会显著影响感恩与自我和谐之间关系的强度和方向。

The Role of Emotional Intelligence between Gratitude and Self Consistency and Congruence of the Rural Left-behind Elderly:Mediator or Moderator

In order to explore the relationship and mechanism of action among gratitude,emotional intelligence and self consistency and congruence of the rural left-behind elderly,the 153 rural elderly whose children work as temporary labourers outside were selected to fill in questionnaires.The results indicated that:(1)gratitude and emotional intelligence level of the rural left-behind elderly to be higher,but relatively low degree of self consistency and congruence;(2)the main effect on health factors was significant,the interaction on health and contact with children was also significant;(3)gratitude was significantly negatively correlated to self consistency and congruence of the rural left-behind elderly;(4)gratitude partly influenced self consistency and congruence of the elderly through the mediating effect of emotional intelligence;(5)emotional intelligence did not play as a moderator,and could not change the intensity and direction of relation between gratitude and self consistency and congruence significantly.
