| 摘 要： | 下咽癌是一种预后较差的头颈部肿瘤。目前下咽癌治疗的临床决策还存在很多不规范和不合理的问题。运用循证医学的原则来指导和规范下咽癌治疗的临床决策，以期提高患者的治疗效果、降低医疗费用及提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Hypopharyngeal cancer has the worst prognosis among the head and neck cancers. Some problems still exist in the clinical decision making of hypopharyngeal carcinoma. It＇s necessary to guide the clinical decision making with Evidence -- based medicine （EBM） principle,for better therapeutic efficacy,lower medical cost and higher quality of life for patients in a clinical context. |
