| 摘 要： | 概述目前国内外关于医患不同角色群体对患者知情同意权的态度的研究状况。现有的研究重点是关于癌症患者和精神分裂症患者的知情同意权问题，研究结果表明，患者、家属、医务人员三个不同角色群体的认知和态度存在明显差异；对普通疾病患者的知情同意权的认知和态度问题，目前国内尚缺乏比较全面系统的研究。

| Abstract: | It summarized the research status on different attitude to informed consent among the patients,their relatives,physicians and nurses.At present,the main object of study was cancer patients and schizophrenic patients.The results showed that the cognitive and attitude of different crowds toward informed consent varied significantly;there were no systematic study about the common diseases patients' right of informed consent in China. |
