Peer Consultation: Faculty and Students Working Together to Improve Teaching

Abstract:The authors describe the specific steps of the Faculty Peer Consultation Program that provides faculty members with feedback from students in their classroom. In addition, evaluative data are provided from faculty and students that provide preliminary evidence for the utility of the program. Moreover, minor problems are identified, and possible modifications are suggested.
