| 摘 要： | 以263名高校教师为被试,探讨了高校教师组织支持感与组织承诺的关系。结果表明：高校教师组织支持感与组织承诺及其各维度呈显著的正相关;高校教师组织支持感对组织承诺及其各维度均产生正向的预测作用。

Research on the Relationship Between Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Commitment of College Teachers |

| Abstract: | Based on the results of a survey of 263 college teachers, this study explored the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. The results showthat perceived organizational support present positive correlation with organizational commitment and its three dimensions. Meanwhile, the paper got the conclusion that perceived organizational support has positive influence on organizational commitment and its three dimensions. |
