| 摘 要： | 选择ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的患者50例，随机等分为舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚组（PS组）和瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚组（PR组）。观察两组麻醉效果和术后12h内的不良反应。丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼或瑞芬太尼均取得理想的麻醉效果，但前者术后短期内镇痛、镇静效果优于后者；PR组患者苏醒期躁动发生率明显高于PS组。

A Comparison Study of Sufentanil--propofol vs Remifentanil--propofol during Total Intravenous Anesthesia for Laparoscopic Appendectomy |

| Abstract: | 50 ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ emergency patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy were randomly divided into sufentanil -- propofol group （ PS group, n= 25 ） and remifentanil-- propofol group （PR group, n= 25 ）. The perioperative anaesthetic effect and the adverse effect within postoperative 12h were observed. Either sufentanil or remifentanil in combination with propofol as the total intravenous anesthesia for laparoscopic appendectomy can get ideal anesthesia effect, but compared with the latter, the efficacy of postoperative shortdated analgesia and conscious sedation is better with the former（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Moreover, the restlessness incidence rate during palinesthesia time in PR group was obviously higher than that in PS group（P〈0.01）. |
