Working with rage and anger—the establishment of a therapeutic setting in the homes of multiproblem families

This paper arises from a workshop which was devoted to the theoretical and clinical aspects of the therapeutic assessment of multi-problem families in crisis. It describes the creation of a therapeutic setting in the family's home and the techniques whereby the family may be engaged in a process which reaches beyond their anger.
