特质目标定向与变革型领导

摘    要:对72家企业的203名管理人员的特质目标定向与变革型领导的关系进行了研究,结果表明,我国企业管理人员的特质目标定向对下属知觉变革型领导具有极其显著的预测力,而三种特质目标定向中,具有学习目标定向可以有效地预测下属将管理者知觉为变革型领导,回避目标定向和证实目标定向则对下属知觉变革型领导无预测力。

Abstract:The present study represents an attempt to relate superv isors' trait g oal orientation to the perceived transformational leadership. Data were collecte d from supervisors of 72 companies in three east-coast provinces in the People's Rep ublic of China. The results of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and reliabilit y analysis show that the construct validation and reliability of the scales are g ood. The results of correlation analysis and linear regression analysis show tha t sup ervisors' trait learning goal orientation can predict the perceived transformati onal leadership and its several facets in various degrees.
