| Abstract: | The therapy should be selected correctly by the pathology and clinical course , because the treatment of bladder carcinoma is complicated. The principle of optimization and individualization should be applied to the course of treatment .In the philosophic point of view , the focus of treatment were thought again and ways were provided for further research . |
