| 摘 要： | 亚健康问题是21世纪威胁人类健康的重大问题,由此表现出的各种现代新综合征困扰着越来越多的白领人群。从环境—心理—生理这三条主线来对诸多现代新综合征的症状、原因进行整理分析,指出各种新综合征的出现是生理、心理、社会环境等因素共同作用的结果。需要从生理、心理、生活环境、社会制度等领域出发,提出有关增进健康,逆转亚健康和防范疾病的措施和研究方法,并使之成为一体。 |
