Job Club Methodology Applied in a Workfare Setting |

| Abstract: | The Job Club program consisted of a series of monthly groups, meeting daily for 15–20 three-hour sessions conducted in the Azrin Job Club methodology. Results indicate that those clients attending the Job Club sessions had a higher employment rate than did those not attending. |
